Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture design, and iterative stakeholder workshops to define customer solutions and project scope.
- Move from system architecture to hands-on coding, building, and deployment of integrated cloud systems.
- Architect and engineer enterprise AI solutions such as agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and applied foundation-model applications.
- Build functional Proof-of-Value products that integrate with customers’ existing systems and meet security, scalability, and engineering standards.
- Support technical pre-sales activities and collaborate with customers, sales, product marketing, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms and building full-stack solutions that interface with enterprise systems.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Preferred: at least 4 years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or a highly technical customer-facing role.
- Preferred: proficiency in a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Preferred: experience managing technical pre-sales cycles, designing cloud-native applications, and building AI applications.
