Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and packaged or SaaS applications to meet business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system stability, compatibility, and performance during updates.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Use APIs, integration techniques, low-code platforms, and standard tools for application development and maintenance.
- Gather requirements and implement application enhancements with cross-functional teams.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Provide technical guidance and best-practice support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience with ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules is required.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques in ServiceNow environments is required.
- Experience with application release management, troubleshooting, and performance maintenance is required.
- Ability to work independently and contribute as a subject matter expert is expected.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
