Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow and packaged or SaaS applications to meet business needs.
- Gather requirements and implement application enhancements with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain system stability.
- Manage releases, document configuration changes, and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Work independently, contribute solutions, and share technical guidance with junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules is required.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques in ServiceNow environments is required.
- Experience with low-code platforms, standard application tools, release management, and technical troubleshooting is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
