Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and SaaS applications to meet business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Use APIs, integration techniques, and low-code platforms to implement application solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate technical records.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, Lifecycle Events Testing, ATF, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques in ServiceNow environments.
- Experience with low-code platforms and SaaS application release management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving and application performance optimization skills.
