Base Salary
$110k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions using modern cloud-based paradigms.
- Design, iterate, and evolve distributed software solutions while balancing privacy, security, reliability, and product needs.
- Build backend services and systems with strong compliance and auditing requirements.
- Build and support Kubernetes-hosted services across multiple tenants.
- Develop cloud services using languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Work with distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs.
- Participate in ongoing training on privacy, ethics, and security.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building production-quality software in a team setting.
- Experience building backend services or systems with strong compliance and auditing requirements.
- Experience building cloud services with C#, Python, or Java.
- At least 3 years of experience working on modern cloud-native platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Knowledge or experience designing and using distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs.
- Big Data technology experience is preferred.
- InfraOps or DevOps experience is preferred.
- Experience working as part of distributed teams is a plus.
