Responsibilities
- Train and validate machine learning models and incorporate AI/ML capabilities into existing software applications.
- Collect, prepare, transform, and feature-engineer unstructured data for machine learning tasks.
- Automate MLOps workflows, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and deploy ML models to production.
- Design, implement, train, test, and maintain projects throughout their life cycles.
- Develop AI agents using OpenAI API, RAG, and Langchain.
- Document data sources, model architectures, evaluations, and tool usage while participating in code reviews and issue tracking.
Requirements
- Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics/Statistics degree with 8+ years of experience, or an MS with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience building data pipelines and performing feature engineering with NumPy, Pandas, and SQL.
- Experience training neural networks with PyTorch or Keras and ML models with scikit-learn.
- Experience deploying ML models to production and deep understanding of model validation and overfitting prevention.
- Experience developing agents with OpenAI API, RAG, and Langchain.
- Programming experience with Python, C#, Java, and JavaScript.
- Experience containerizing workflows and applications with Docker.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
