Responsibilities

Design and develop SaaS microservices and integrate new features to Portworx products.
Focus on design, development, unit/functional testing, design reviews, code reviews, documentation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to take solutions from initial design to production.
Take full ownership of design and development activities by adapting to customer feedback and handling issues found in testing.
Experiment with new technologies to innovate new solutions.

BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and testing product components using languages like C++, Java, or Go.
Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and SaaS-based scalable platforms.
Experience designing and implementing high-quality, testable, maintainable microservices.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in designing scalable and production-quality software.
Proven design sensibility and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
Solid background in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
