Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, and Salesforce Flow solutions.
- Design declarative automation, validation rules, data models, and maintainable Salesforce architecture.
- Review pull requests and participate in architectural decision-making.
- Resolve L2/L3 tickets through ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools, including root cause analysis and troubleshooting of exceptions and integration errors.
- Administer user access, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, OWD, custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Support REST and SOAP API integrations and participate in release deployments.
- Collaborate with business users to refine requirements and improve user self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Professional English proficiency at minimum B2 level, written and spoken.
- Solid proficiency in Apex and knowledge of Salesforce platform constraints and limits.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow and data modeling.
- Experience with the Salesforce security model, including Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, and OWD.
- Experience with Salesforce CLI and Salesforce REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata, and Tooling APIs.
- Hands-on ticketing experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or a similar tool.
- Experience working in Kanban or Scrum workflows.
- Salesforce Platform Developer, Platform Administrator, or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
- Exposure to Gitflow, Bitbucket Pipelines, CI/CD, version control, and modern DevOps practices is preferred.
- Experience in commercial real estate or professional B2B services is preferred.
