Base Salary
$180k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship parsers that improve retrieval performance.
- Improve the throughput and latency of machine-learning models.
- Optimize the web crawler for substantially faster performance.
- Work across crawling, parsing, ML performance, and retrieval algorithms to improve search endpoint quality.

- Demonstrated ability to work across different systems and ship quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand both customer needs and system implementation details.
- Generalist mindset with enthusiasm for deep technical problem-solving.
- Interest in finding and delivering high-quality information.
