Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Java 8/17, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable full-stack solutions with back-end services and Angular front-end technologies.
- Develop and integrate web services, REST APIs, and messaging-based solutions.
- Work with Kafka and enterprise event-driven architectures.
- Support search and data capabilities using OpenSearch, Solr, and Apache Spark.
- Design solutions using Coherence, Apache Ignite, or Redis caching platforms.
- Apply NoSQL database management expertise to build resilient, high-performing applications.
- Use Linux, AWS SDK, and Azure SDK capabilities for development, deployment, troubleshooting, and cloud-integrated applications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve complex challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile collaboration, estimation, sprint planning, continuous improvement, mandatory training, and scheduled 1:1 meetings.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Enterprise Java development experience using Java 8/17.
- Expert knowledge of Core Java, J2EE fundamentals, and enterprise application architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Angular.
- Intermediate Linux experience.
- Experience with OpenSearch, Solr, Apache Spark, enterprise caching platforms, and NoSQL databases.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with messaging services, preferably Kafka.
- Basic experience with AWS SDK and Azure SDK.
- Expert analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Preferred qualifications include graph database experience, Cassandra or MongoDB, Docker, IoT solutions, ETL tools, web services, and JMS.
