Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and manage scalable machine learning pipelines for preprocessing, model generation, deployment, validation, and feedback.
- Partner with data scientists to implement complex machine learning algorithms as high-performance production code.
- Design, develop, and deploy extensible, low-latency ML API services at massive scale.
- Build monitoring and observability for engineering health and machine learning metrics such as drift and accuracy.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and architecture decisions across technology stacks.
- Own feature delivery from product requirements through deployment and drive platform adoption with cross-product architects.
- Provide technical leadership, strategic influence, and mentorship across engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of progressive, relevant software engineering and machine learning development experience.
- Proven experience architecting, building, and productionizing complex enterprise-scale machine learning solutions.
- Deep practical experience with MLOps and automated, secure transitions from model development and training into production.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Expert-level object-oriented programming skills in Python and Java.
- Strong proficiency with PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, and TFServing.
- Advanced understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, with AWS highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, debugging, optimization, and distributed-systems problem-solving skills.
