Base Salary
$165k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and ship production-level code across the stack while maintaining quality, reliability, and security standards.
- Collaborate with AI Research, Legal Engineering, Product, and Design to translate problem statements into product experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering best-practice development with senior and staff engineers.
- Experiment with and evaluate cutting-edge LLMs and AI systems.
- Depending on team placement, work on document retrieval, AI collaboration interfaces, multi-region compute infrastructure, enterprise agents, or secure systems for sensitive client data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with graduation between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027.
- Previous internship experience is required.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, or a similar language.
- Solid general computer science knowledge.
- Experience building something from start to finish through coursework, a personal project, or a prior internship.
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and seek, respond to, and act on feedback.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools and interest in incorporating LLMs into coding workflows.
- Past internship experience at an early-stage startup is preferred.
