Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Develop frontend and backend components for scalable, high-performing full-stack applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development life cycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies including Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
