Responsibilities

  • Support software engineering projects within the Tax Innovation team.
  • Participate in developing and implementing software solutions using C#.NET and JavaScript.
  • Assist with code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand functional requirements and contribute to software design.
  • Debug software to identify and resolve issues.
  • Apply object-oriented design principles to software architecture.
  • Use REST Client and React Native to develop and test software applications.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies while participating in team projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursue or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Programming, or Computer Systems Analysis.
  • Have at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
  • Typically be in the third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application.
  • Preferred qualifications include a 3.5 overall GPA and proficiency in C#.NET and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrate software design and development skills, familiarity with code reviews and debugging, and ability to apply object-oriented design principles.

  • Salary range of $29.25 - $48.00, with actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
