Responsibilities
- Support software engineering projects within the Tax Innovation team.
- Participate in developing and implementing software solutions using C#.NET and JavaScript.
- Assist with code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software quality.
- Collaborate with team members to understand functional requirements and contribute to software design.
- Debug software to identify and resolve issues.
- Apply object-oriented design principles to software architecture.
- Use REST Client and React Native to develop and test software applications.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies while participating in team projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursue or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Programming, or Computer Systems Analysis.
- Have at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- Typically be in the third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application.
- Preferred qualifications include a 3.5 overall GPA and proficiency in C#.NET and JavaScript.
- Demonstrate software design and development skills, familiarity with code reviews and debugging, and ability to apply object-oriented design principles.
