Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures using MongoDB Atlas.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and customers.
- Work on complex partner opportunities requiring deep technical discovery.
- Build joint partner offerings and integration patterns.
- Create reusable field assets to help scale MongoDB adoption.
- Advise on modern AI application patterns and integration approaches.
- Support field teams with implementation guidance and technical objections.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve integrations.
- Partner with account teams on planning and opportunity qualification.
- Represent MongoDB at workshops, partner sessions, and industry events.
- Mentor peers and share best practices within the Solutions Consulting organization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong experience in navigating complex sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with modern application development and data platforms.
- Experience designing distributed systems in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Ability to translate technical architecture into business value.
- Experience with hyperscaler partnerships, ISV integrations, or AI/ML applications.
- Demonstrated ability to create technical assets and lead workshops.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
