Responsibilities
- Enable and co-sell with channel partners, including SIs, IT services companies, VARs, and hyperscaler partner teams
- Run partner workshops, technical enablement sessions, solution briefings, and partner-led PoCs
- Create reusable demos, reference architectures, enablement decks, workshops, and technical content
- Build Docker’s presence across India’s developer, cloud-native, DevSecOps, and AI communities through events, talks, meetups, hackathons, blogs, and guides
- Lead technical discovery with Platform Engineering, DevOps, Security, and AI teams at strategic accounts
- Design and execute structured proofs of concept and proofs of value with defined success criteria
- Influence buying decisions through demos, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive technical briefings
- Position Docker’s AI security and governance capabilities for AI-native development
- Advise on policy-as-code, identity and access governance for AI workloads, software supply chain security, container security, and SBOM visibility
- Maintain relationships with technical champions and support renewal and expansion motions
- Provide structured India market feedback to Docker Product and Engineering
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solution Architect, or Developer Advocate in a technical sales or community-facing role
- Familiarity with AI security, AI governance frameworks, or secure software supply chain practices
- Understanding of containers, DevOps, AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern application architectures
- Experience engaging both enterprise customers and developer communities
- Experience with partner or channel selling, co-selling, or partner enablement programs
- Familiarity with India’s enterprise technology landscape, including IT services companies, large SIs, and startups or scale-ups
- Strong communication and influencing skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across India and occasionally to Southeast Asia, primarily Singapore
- Experience with Docker, container ecosystems, or adjacent technologies is preferred
- Public speaking, developer advocacy, conference presenting, or technical content creation experience is preferred
- Familiarity with agentic AI development, MCP tooling, AI governance frameworks, competitive PoCs/PoVs, and India-specific compliance requirements is preferred
