Responsibilities
- Create the structure, layout, and functionality of landing pages and websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Build and render technically accurate email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email development platforms.
- Produce clean, reusable, and deployment-ready code files.
- Translate Figma design mockups into functional interfaces and advise on the technical feasibility of creative and strategic concepts.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-client compatibility testing, debugging, and ongoing campaign quality improvement.
- Ensure deliverables meet WCAG accessibility standards and comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
- Drive technical standardization, tooling decisions, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business, brand strategy, data, and creative teams to deliver multiple concurrent projects on schedule.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of front-end web development experience with HTML5, CSS3+, and JavaScript ES6+.
- At least 2 years of experience with email development platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience with responsive design, modern development, and mobile-first development principles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, independent work, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Associate’s Degree.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Tailwind, React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience using generative AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Cursor.
- Preferred: proficiency with Git, version control workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment environments.
- Preferred: strong understanding of UI and UX design principles.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Ampscript for dynamic email personalization and logic.
