Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and operate Microsoft and cloud-based solutions and ICT components.
- Build and implement public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Support migrations of IT infrastructures and software solutions to Azure and manage related customer projects.
- Coordinate and improve complex third-level IT service and supporting-infrastructure activities against relevant KPIs.
- Provide consulting and advisory services on IT, cloud, and DevOps architecture to customers, management, and project teams.
- Design service architectures that meet platform requirements, business needs, and industry standards.
- Mentor and train coworkers, research new technologies, and implement automation, optimization, innovation, and cost-efficiency improvements.
- Manage key vendor relationships, especially with Microsoft, including licensing, innovations, and best practices.
- Act as the key technical lead across related technologies and multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- German language proficiency at B2-C1 level is mandatory, with English at B2-C1 preferred.
- Master's or diploma degree in Information Technology, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- At least five years of professional experience with Microsoft products and technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft licensing, solution design, IT outsourcing environments, cloud computing, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of applications, infrastructures, architecture concepts, virtualization, networking, operating systems, and security.
- Relevant technical certifications such as MCSE, MCSD, or other cloud or DevOps certifications.
- Experience in project management, quality management, financial literacy, mentoring, and training.
- Strong leadership, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, hands-on, and teamwork skills.
