Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on AI agent workflows for clinical reasoning and decision-making.
- Design guardrails and escalation paths for safe autonomous behavior in products.
- Prototype and ship new AI-powered product features from model selection to UX integration.
- Improve knowledge bases for fast and relevant medical information retrieval.
- Rebuild data pipelines to ensure data integrity and traceability.
- Build and optimize real-time voice pipelines for patient interactions.
- Monitor and analyze background job performance and compliance.
- Fine-tune foundation models on clinical data for improved accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Experience with system refactors and data infrastructure simplification.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and AWS.
- Experience building production systems for AI or ML workflows.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Comfort working across the stack from schema design to debugging.
