Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Experiment quickly while maintaining a high level of quality to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Work across the full product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.
- Lead end-to-end North deployments in private-cloud and on-premises environments, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Work directly with enterprise customers and their engineering teams; 20–40% travel is anticipated.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Substantial production experience with Python.
- Experience building and deploying highly performant client-side or server-side RAG or agentic applications.
- Strong coding abilities and comfort working across the stack, including understanding and fixing issues outside the main codebase.
- Ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and objectives.
