Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Experiment rapidly to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to production.
- Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Proficient in Python with a history of shipping production code.
- Experience building and deploying performant RAG/agentic applications.
- Strong coding abilities across the stack, with problem-solving skills outside the main code base.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
