Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support custom websites, bespoke applications, and APIs that extend core platform capabilities.
- Identify and validate product and service opportunities through experimentation, prototyping, and iterative delivery.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Delivery, and customer stakeholders on regional and global initiatives and solutions.
- Contribute technical expertise, effort estimates, and solution design recommendations to pre-sales activities.
- Provide technical leadership for application design and architecture while promoting scalable, maintainable engineering practices.
- Own development, testing, deployment, production support, security, and operational excellence across the software lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers through coaching, code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and JavaScript ES6.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and modern web development principles.
- Experience designing, building, and integrating public APIs and third-party services.
- Ability to meet quality, security, and operability requirements.
- Experience working in agile software delivery teams and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent technologies.
- Useful additional experience includes deployment tooling, AWS, serverless architectures, customer-facing projects, stakeholder collaboration, UX, design, accessibility, data, analytics, CRM platforms, distributed engineering teams, and .NET technologies including C#.
