Responsibilities
- Build and scale Braze’s SMS and RCS messaging channels.
- Develop and ship high-value full-stack features from concept through delivery.
- Own key technical areas and solve open-ended engineering problems.
- Maintain platform dependability as traffic expands.
- Support Chat messaging services, including click tracking and link shortening.
- Collaborate across teams and functions while communicating with peers and leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Professional experience building distributed systems at scale.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, and self-starting skills.
- Professional experience with Ruby, Rails, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, React, or TypeScript is preferred.
- Experience with agile processes is preferred.
