Responsibilities
- Work across the software stack on agent harnesses, AI inference, training systems, and other frontier-intelligence problems.
- Take deep ownership of challenging problem domains and develop specialized expertise.
- Build features and important systems that advance Perplexity’s mission.
Requirements
- Applicants are university students or recent graduates seeking full-time employment; internships are not accepted through this portal.
- Applicants outside the listed focus schools typically need a GPA of at least 3.92 averaged across CS and Math classes.
- Applicants outside the listed focus schools typically need an A or A+ in an upper-level algorithms course.
- Additional advanced coursework in systems, AI/ML, advanced mathematics, or other rigorous subjects is highly welcome.
- Applicants who do not meet the academic criteria may provide other evidence of exceptional ability.
