Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of multi-engineer software projects across the full development lifecycle.
- Define technical strategy and architectural direction while evaluating scalability, performance, security, and maintainability tradeoffs.
- Write high-quality software and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Mentor and coach engineers and provide technical and career guidance.
- Identify GenAI opportunities to simplify systems, reduce technical debt, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Preferred: 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
