Responsibilities
- Design and engineer systems capable of handling high volumes of transactions.
- Shape, build, test, and measure customer-facing product features from idea to final solution.
- Lead technical initiatives from architecture design through implementation.
- Mentor junior team members through guidance, knowledge sharing, and hands-on collaboration.
- Resolve complex technical and business problems using creative and analytical approaches.
- Create comprehensive documentation and establish optimized knowledge-sharing processes.
- Own code quality, engineering excellence, and best practices across systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing large-scale applications.
- Experience with PHP or Java is preferred; experience with Go, C#, or Python is also valued, with willingness to work with PHP or Java.
- Proven experience leading architectural decisions and technical initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and implementing strategies for team growth and skill development.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively with various stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and a product-first approach.
- Ability to take accountability, proactively identify improvements, and address technical or business-related issues.
- A mindset focused on consistently delivering customer value while balancing speed and quality.
