Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical link between New Relic, strategic partners, and customers.
- Drive the adoption of New Relic's platform through seamless integrations.
- Collaborate with partners to design custom plugins or integrations.
- Provide technical expertise for successful partner implementations.
- Translate partner and customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Build foundational integrations with cloud providers to support customer scaling.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in software development with at least one backend language like Python and one frontend framework like React.
- 2-3 years of industry experience in a technical role balancing partner and customer needs.
- Deep understanding of observability principles and a passion for customer visibility.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and experience managing technical relationships.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and major cloud providers (AWS or Azure).
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
