Responsibilities
- Deliver features, enhancements, and bug fixes for the ultra-low-latency algorithmic trading platform.
- Participate in technical analysis, design, data analysis and mapping, development, testing, documentation, and the full project lifecycle.
- Understand existing business functions and define solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate priorities and progress with business and development teams.
- Follow functional architecture strategy and company development standards.
- Support implementation of new systems and system upgrades when needed.
- Provide L2/L3 support, resolve production and user issues, and support application testing and maintenance releases.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams across regions and interface with internal and external clients.
- Contribute to software delivery best practices, architecture and design decisions, and code reviews.
- Own delivery across development, testing, documentation, and support, and mentor junior team members as needed.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience for the Associate level or 12–16 years for the VP level.
- B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech qualification.
- Deep experience developing mission-critical and highly evolving systems.
- Ability to work hands-on across the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and support.
- Ability to collaborate with global technical, business, QA, support, and quantitative teams.
