Responsibilities

  • Deliver features, enhancements, and bug fixes for the ultra-low-latency algorithmic trading platform.
  • Participate in technical analysis, design, data analysis and mapping, development, testing, documentation, and the full project lifecycle.
  • Understand existing business functions and define solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate priorities and progress with business and development teams.
  • Follow functional architecture strategy and company development standards.
  • Support implementation of new systems and system upgrades when needed.
  • Provide L2/L3 support, resolve production and user issues, and support application testing and maintenance releases.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams across regions and interface with internal and external clients.
  • Contribute to software delivery best practices, architecture and design decisions, and code reviews.
  • Own delivery across development, testing, documentation, and support, and mentor junior team members as needed.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience for the Associate level or 12–16 years for the VP level.
  • B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech qualification.
  • Deep experience developing mission-critical and highly evolving systems.
  • Ability to work hands-on across the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and support.
  • Ability to collaborate with global technical, business, QA, support, and quantitative teams.
