Responsibilities
- Support the technical side of Commercial opportunities from qualification through to close.
- Participate in technical discovery conversations to uncover a prospect's goals and constraints.
- Deliver product demos and presentations to both business and technical audiences.
- Help scope proofs of concept and pilot projects, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Develop a strong understanding of Klaviyo's platform and integrations.
- Build relationships with prospects regarding data strategy and implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support on technical evaluations.
- Contribute to building and improving team assets like demo narratives and templates.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- 1+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Curiosity about technology and interest in data and marketing tools.
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good at explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Willing to run live product demos and think on your feet.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
