Responsibilities

  • Support the technical side of Commercial opportunities from qualification through to close.
  • Participate in technical discovery conversations to uncover a prospect's goals and constraints.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to both business and technical audiences.
  • Help scope proofs of concept and pilot projects, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Klaviyo's platform and integrations.
  • Build relationships with prospects regarding data strategy and implementation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support on technical evaluations.
  • Contribute to building and improving team assets like demo narratives and templates.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • 1+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Curiosity about technology and interest in data and marketing tools.
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good at explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Willing to run live product demos and think on your feet.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
