Base Salary
$145k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement landing zones, VPC/VNet networking, IAM, and security baselines.
- Provision and configure compute, storage, and database services using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Develop and maintain pipeline automation for application and infrastructure deployments.
- Design and package applications using containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Configure logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting while applying SRE practices.
- Produce cost-and-capacity reports using FinOps tooling.
- Create design documents, diagrams, and handover guides.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience delivering cloud solutions on at least one cloud service provider.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Professional-level cloud certification preferred, with cloud certification experience on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with Terraform or an equivalent infrastructure-as-code tool and at least one scripting language.
- Working knowledge of container runtime fundamentals.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and integrating DevSecOps controls.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks and incident-management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience with serverless services, event-driven architectures, and microservice patterns.
- Knowledge of SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI compliance frameworks and security hardening.
- Exposure to data-platform services and AI/ML tooling.
