Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring across Azure, on-premises, and other cloud environments.
- Lead containerized machine learning workloads using Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize machine learning models.
- Automate model lifecycle management, including versioning, rollback, and performance tracking.
- Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of ML systems.
- Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform or Helm.
- Establish and enforce model governance and reproducibility best practices.
- Lead other MLOps resources while scaling projects.
- Support generative AI projects and hybrid cloud/on-premises deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 10–12 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or software engineering.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, monitoring systems, and code-assist tools.
- Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain, Langraph, and Microsoft Azure Foundry.
- Experience setting up and maintaining on-premises deployments and hybrid cloud environments.
- Preferred experience with Kubeflow, MLflow, DVC, or LakeFS.
- Understanding of model explainability and compliance frameworks is preferred.
- Contributions to open-source MLOps projects are preferred.
