Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and deploy fine-tuned language models for document classification and information extraction.
- Work with the engineering team to build and maintain annotation tooling and implement active learning loops.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to quantify system behavior and user impact.
- Collaborate with the machine learning team to set technical and product roadmaps for the AI platform.
- Focus on improving accuracy to save time and resources in manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional AI/ML experience, with at least 2 years working with large language models.
- Strong fluency in Python and PyTorch, with experience writing custom training loops and data loaders.
- Experience in production deployment and model health management.
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
