Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end workflows using platforms like Workato and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build seamless integrations between SaaS platforms, cloud databases, and internal systems using APIs.
- Develop RPA solutions for processes that cannot be integrated directly through APIs.
- Introduce AI-enabled steps into workflows for tasks like text classification and data extraction.
- Create reusable automation components and standards to accelerate pipeline delivery.
- Monitor automation performance and optimize workflows for scalability.
- Document automated solutions and establish governance around automation.
- Evaluate new automation technologies to continuously improve the automation landscape.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cloud workflow automation and systems integration.
- Hands-on expertise with Workato and/or Power Automate Cloud is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data payloads.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and modern system integration patterns.
- Practical knowledge of structured prompts and handling API inputs/outputs with LLMs.
- Comfortable writing Python or JavaScript for data manipulation and workflow logic.
- Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
