Responsibilities
- Estimate, plan, design, execute, and report on testing activities.
- Track defects and improve product test coverage and effectiveness.
- Analyze requirements and provide QA and testing recommendations during sprint planning.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams, customers, and other team members.
- Support product growth initiatives through competitor research and customer troubleshooting.
- Use AI tools for research, debugging, learning, and generating code, tests, and documentation responsibly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
- Experience testing web-based and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of software development and testing processes, including black-box, risk-based, exploratory, and non-UI testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and detail-oriented skills.
- Experience using AI chat tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Strong prompting skills and understanding of AI agents and Model Context Protocol.
- Awareness of AI output limitations, responsible AI use, data privacy, and sensitive client data handling.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Katalon, Selenium, Robotium, UiAutomator, XCTest, or XCUITest is preferred.
- Experience with test tools such as TestNG, Mocha, Jasmine, or Nightwatch is preferred.
