Responsibilities
- Define, align, implement, baseline, and monitor project VnV strategies.
- Define strategies for automated, regression, and penetration testing.
- Establish test processes, procedures, tools, and test-environment boundaries such as SIL and HIL.
- Review customer, stakeholder, and system requirements and monitor adherence to engineering processes.
- Consult teams on technical aspects, test methods, and test techniques.
- Ensure VnV activities are completed according to plan and support ASPICE compliance for relevant modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, or computer science.
- At least four years of experience in automotive testing, including automotive software development and embedded testing.
- Good understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
- Mandatory experience with CAN, V-model, ASPICE, HiL/SiL, CAPL, and Python scripting.
- Experience with software development life-cycle testing, system and software testing, automation, ECU flashing sequences, and test tools or facilities.
- Experience with LIN, UWB, NFC, BLE, and AI-powered automated testing is preferred.
- ISTQB Foundation and Test Architect qualifications, DV/PV/homologation processes, Vector VT System, and security or safety concepts are preferred.
- Good English communication skills and strong teamwork, self-discipline, and self-motivation.
