Responsibilities
- Lead and actively participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications using Delphi.
- Develop and test SQL scripts that load demographic, charge, and surgery schedule data into the billing platform.
- Conduct code reviews for coding standards, performance, and software quality.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
- Contribute to scalable, maintainable, and efficient system architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Create and maintain documentation for software design, coding, and testing processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Math, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
- Minimum of eight years of SQL experience.
- Minimum of two years of Delphi experience.
- Preferred hands-on industry experience in software application development, information technology, revenue cycle management, and/or interface development.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft applications, SQL query, Microsoft Office, and Visual Studio.
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
