Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build user-friendly features.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices for development workflows.
- Manage the full development cycle for major projects from design to launch.
- Drive planning and implementation of critical projects across web architecture.
- Promote a culture of metrics-led execution and operational excellence.
- Work with leadership to develop a roadmap that aligns with product and engineering goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience in frontend programming languages like Javascript and Typescript.
- Experience with frontend web frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage project schedules.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Focus on user experience and usability, with a strong advocacy for users.
- Self-directed and innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote environment.
- Experience with GraphQL, REST, and API design is a plus.
- Understanding of large-scale web applications and performance considerations is a major plus.
