Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile CI/CD infrastructure and release management for the App Store and Google Play.
- Build and support internal SDKs, reusable components, and developer tooling.
- Define mobile architecture standards, development principles, and technical guidelines across teams.
- Maintain monitoring, alerting, and reliability systems for mobile application performance and stability.
- Lead R&D initiatives, improve engineering practices, and reduce development complexity for product teams.
- Lead features and accompany the full product lifecycle from development through deployment.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience developing large mobile applications in production using Dart and Flutter.
- Experience designing app features and making architecture decisions using SOLID, DRY, dependency injection, and separation of concerns.
- Experience with security and privacy in Flutter applications.
- Experience developing reusable UI components and custom animations.
- Experience building fault-tolerant applications driven by metrics and backed by logs.
- Upper-intermediate English or above.
- A strong execution-oriented mindset.
