Responsibilities
- Own features end to end from concept through delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop scalable backend APIs and frontend applications using full-stack engineering practices.
- Build systems for supplier matching, automated auctions, order allocation, production workflows, quality control, and shipment planning.
- Integrate with event-driven systems and scale platform capabilities for growing order volumes.
- Implement testing, monitoring, and observability to deliver reliable production software.
- Collaborate with Backend and Frontend Engineering Guilds to improve development standards and practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building full-stack web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience designing, developing, testing, and monitoring production systems.
- Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Production experience with Angular or a comparable single-page application framework and TypeScript.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks and reactive state management tools such as RxJS or NgRx.
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments.
- Experience working in Agile teams with Product Managers and Designers.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
