Responsibilities
- Design and develop IT systems, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Create detailed design and functional specifications for new systems.
- Produce deliverables for assigned projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Provide post-implementation support and execute system enhancements as needed.
- Select and utilize appropriate C.A.S.E. tools for system and software development.
- Gather, compile, and synthesize information regarding technology processes or systems.
- Contribute to the implementation and support of various business systems.
- Participate as a project team member or project lead on complex projects.
- Mentor and coach junior technical staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of systems analysis/programming experience.
- Experience in minicomputer or client/server environments.
- Knowledge of multiple technical environments and specific business areas.
- Proficiency in developing systems solutions through analysis and research.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
