Responsibilities
- Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy.
- Develop enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions.
- Utilize various platforms to automate systems applications.
- Determine specifications, plan, design, and develop complex software solutions.
- Assist in resolving difficult support problems.
- Develop programming standards and procedures for code reuse.
- Apply advanced knowledge of programming languages and object-oriented approaches.
- Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies.
- Act as an internal consultant and mentor within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in multiple IT areas with 2–3 years of relevant architecture experience.
- Advanced to expert-level knowledge in architecture and application systems design.
- Proven experience in leading multiple high-complexity IT projects.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills for junior technical staff.
