Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, actionable, and deliverable solutions.
- Design and implement complex solutions aligned with client requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with sales pursuit, delivery, technical, and cross-functional teams on integrated solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s execution.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions spanning multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Analyze complex business processes and develop scalable, sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong expertise in enterprise supply chain solution design and architecture.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
