Responsibilities
- Define and govern Workday solution architecture.
- Assess business requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Lead complex Workday enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Provide architectural guidance for the Workday ecosystem and interfaces.
- Review and approve configuration and design changes.
- Support incident escalations and critical production issues.
- Drive application performance, security, and stability improvements.
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors.
- Mentor functional and technical consultants.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Workday architecture and solution design.
- Expertise across multiple Workday modules.
- Experience with Workday integrations, security, reporting, and extensibility.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of AMS delivery, ITIL processes, and governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
