Responsibilities

Build and maintain the design system, Mana, including design tokens and components.
Author accessible components for iOS, Android, desktop, and web platforms.
Develop internal tools like Figma plugins and codemods to enhance design system usage.
Guide teams on utilizing design system components through documentation and pairing.
Create interactive prototypes and use user research to inform design decisions.
Inspire the team with new ideas and implement next-generation product primitives.
Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance your skills.
Review code and designs for quality assurance.

5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on product features or internal tools.
1+ years of experience working on a design system.
Expertise in web (React, TypeScript) or mobile (React Native, Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin) development.
Deep understanding of accessibility in user interface design.
Strong written communication skills and appreciation for documentation.
Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers or product managers.
Willingness to learn new technical skills and expand your toolkit.
Proven track record of delivering multi-milestone projects on time.
Experience in safely migrating front-end codebases to new technical patterns.
