Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments from initial scoping to production rollout.
- Work directly with customer operators to understand workflows and pain points.
- Build production features and integrations for AI agents in complex environments.
- Diagnose and resolve real-time issues in the field.
- Travel 20–30% to customer sites for deployments and process mapping.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
- Develop tools to improve deployment speed and reduce friction.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of professional software engineering experience with complex systems.
- Strong command of TypeScript, Node.js, and REST API design.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven systems and tuning agent behavior.
- Exceptional communication and judgment in real-world scenarios.
- Based in Chicago with willingness to travel 20–30%.
