Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated workflows for micro-segmentation policy creation, validation, and deployment across hybrid environments.
- Build and maintain auditable policy-as-code deployment pipelines and automate compliance monitoring, evidence collection, configuration baselines, and drift detection.
- Integrate Guardicore with CMDBs, ServiceNow, ticketing systems, enterprise monitoring tools, and user-facing portals.
- Manage the full policy lifecycle, including discovery, testing, validation, enforcement, reporting, firewall rule-base and ACL reviews.
- Advance automation, data and analytics, DevOps, API, and platform integration capabilities within Network Services.
- Collaborate with Network, Security, Application, ITSM, and business teams to translate requirements into technical policies.
- Provide documentation, knowledge sharing, workshops, and training for automation workflows and architectural processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, computer engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- At least five years of coding and development experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or other programming languages.
- At least three years of progressive policy-as-code and infrastructure-as-code development experience using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- At least five years of experience in networks, security, IT, data analysis, and visualization.
- Deep micro-segmentation and security architecture knowledge, including hands-on Guardicore experience.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, least-privilege access, lateral movement reduction, TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, L3/L4 ACLs, and traffic flow analysis.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, YANG, YAML, XML, NETCONF, and RESTCONF.
- Strong analytical, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, risk-management, and high-pressure problem-solving skills.
- CISSP, GCSA, GCSE, CCNP Security, or CCSM certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience using AI to analyze traffic flows and generate policies is a preferred qualification.
