Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, integrations, and other platform components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and data flow across ServiceNow modules.
- Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and optimization.
- Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, risk management, and global delivery coordination.
- Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Mentor junior team members across technical and functional areas.
- Maintain technical designs, test cases, release notes, and other project documentation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Developer Platform.
- Undergraduate degree or above.
- Strong development experience in at least one of ITOM, ITAM, or GRC.
- Experience with relevant ServiceNow capabilities such as ITSM integration, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, ServiceNow Developer GRC, IRM, Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, HAM, or SAM.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-functional global delivery team management skills.
