Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and leadership for financial institutions and implementation consultants developing nCino and Salesforce integrations.
- Design, build, document, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions and integrations using appropriate technical approaches.
- Translate customer requirements into implementation plans and lead or co-lead integrations from third-party systems.
- Evaluate vendor APIs and interface specifications and document integration processes, procedures, and solution designs.
- Build testing requirements and provide customer-facing technical documentation for complex solutions.
- Support sales and sales engineering on technical prospect calls when required.
- Track time and bill hours for customer projects while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Leverage AI/ML capabilities and support responsible AI integration in cloud solutions, DevOps practices, Salesforce architecture, and automation.
- Drive customer success through technical leadership, collaboration, and effective communication.
Requirements
- Typically requires 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 6 years with a master's or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to design, build, explain, and defend architectural designs focused primarily on integrations, with some basic UI components.
- Experience supporting DevOps processes and applying software development practices and engineering principles to code, flows, and integration patterns.
- Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL, and relational database technologies.
- Experience with ETL and integration platforms, Salesforce developer tools, migration tools, web services, configuration, and custom development.
- Salesforce Dev401 certification is required.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts, design patterns, and object-oriented programming languages.
- Financial services experience is required.
- Preferred qualifications include large financial institution experience, loan origination or servicing systems, enterprise architecture frameworks, Informatica, Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript, Salesforce System Architect certification, and languages such as Java, Ruby, C#, and C++.
- Strong research, analytical, creative problem-solving, presentation, communication, customer, and professional skills.
Benefits
- The base salary range is £71,100—£120,900 GBP per year.
