Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term IAM strategy and operating model.
- Assess and mature the current-state Identity Provider architecture.
- Drive identity systems toward Zero Trust principles.
- Automate the full identity lifecycle beyond traditional processes.
- Implement and enforce RBAC for identities at scale.
- Define and operationalize least-privilege policies.
- Centralize secrets management across environments.
- Design and deliver Privileged Access Management for admin accounts.
- Implement a scalable access management model for AI agents.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enable SSO across the enterprise.
- Own the implementation of authentication protocols and standards.
- Partner with teams to deliver access management capabilities.
Requirements
- 8 - 12+ years in identity engineering or security engineering.
- Hands-on architecture experience in cloud environments.
- Track record of leading complex IAM programs.
- Deep expertise in modern IAM technologies and protocols.
- Practical experience with Zero Trust identity models.
- Strong understanding of identity governance and IGA tooling.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management platforms.
- Experience with non-human identity management.
- Experience building access controls for AI workloads.
- Familiarity with SCIM provisioning and automated workflows.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
