Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain components of an Eclipse-based IDE for processor designers.
- Build REST API servlets connecting remote product functionality to systems and databases.
- Develop web applications supporting customers and internal infrastructure.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements and assess design feasibility within time and cost constraints.
- Modify software to correct errors, support new hardware, upgrade interfaces, and improve performance.
- Evolve SQL and other databases to support future functionality.
- Design tests, integrate features into releases, and support application teams during testing.
- Incorporate Agentic AI workflows into product features and designs.
- Collaborate with hardware, architecture, IDE, and support teams to deliver new features.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field plus five years of related experience, or bachelor’s degree plus seven years of related experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience building applications within an IDE framework such as Eclipse, VS Code, or Thea.
- Experience building React web applications that interact with SQL databases through REST services.
- Experience developing SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing and building test systems for web and IDE-based applications.
- Fluency working with and scripting tasks on Windows and Linux systems.
- Foundational understanding of computer architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to take initiative.
- Experience developing AI agents and Agentic AI workflows is preferred.
