Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Next.js/TypeScript and Java/Python.
- Integrate GenAI APIs and LLM-powered capabilities into product workflows.
- Build agentic flows, tool-using systems, and AI workflow automations with guardrails and observability.
- Apply AI-assisted workflows across design, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery while validating outputs.
- Drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and champion AI-native engineering practices across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, including server-side rendering, component-based architecture, and state management.
- Strong backend development skills in Java and/or Python, with knowledge of system architecture, scalability, and production reliability.
- Experience integrating GenAI APIs, LLM features, assistants, or AI-powered product capabilities into production systems.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development workflows for scaffolding, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery, with critical review of generated outputs.
- An AI-first mindset with appropriate human review, validation, and control.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
