Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, engineering practices, and technology choices.
- Oversee complex projects from concept through production and drive successful product delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and foster continuous learning.
- Set technical direction, make high-stakes decisions, and lead product delivery against the product vision.
- Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive innovation and apply cloud, DevOps, automation, and AI modernization initiatives to improve business and engineering productivity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of .NET full-stack development experience; the posting also specifies a minimum of 6 years in software development or engineering roles.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in .NET, software design patterns, software engineering principles, SaaS applications, cloud platforms, databases, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience leading complex, large-scale projects and demonstrating technical leadership and architectural design skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, set technical direction, and make high-stakes decisions.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives and an understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
